I had a pleasant stay at this hotel during my two nights in Mataram. The room was exceptionally clean, albeit without windows, which made for a surprisingly restful sleep. The staff were genuinely pleasant and accommodating, which made a positive impact. While the breakfast was very basic, for the price I paid, it was definitely worth it. However, I was a bit unhappy with the hotel's connection to tour agents that led to an unfortunate experience during my transfer to the Gilis.
